The Midland Ski Club and MountainView Ski Centre have worked together cooperatively for over 60 years. Initially the Midland Ski Club ran a rope tow for downhill skiing on land rented from the Foster family. In 1960, the Foster family started running the ski hill and later developed all the cross-country ski trails that we still use today.
