The objective is for the participants to become technically competent cross-country skiers and to utilize their skills to explore a wide range of cross-country ski activities, from back country excursions to Ski Tournaments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, it is designed to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop fitness through active play, games and other activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be fun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide children an opportunity to be part of a sport \u201cteam\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop overall sport skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expose children to a variety of \u201cadventure-based\u201d cross-country ski activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Track Attack will take place on Saturday mornings from 10:30am &#8211; 12:00pm. The hope is that Track Attack participants will stay and volunteer for the JackRabbits program in the afternoon.
